About the Role

Agrios Verde is seeking Quality Control & Packaging Specialists to oversee the handling, sorting, and packaging of our certified organic produce. This role ensures that every product leaving our cooperative meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect harvested produce for defects or quality issues

• Sort and grade fruits and vegetables based on internal standards

• Manage packaging line workflow and product labeling

• Ensure compliance with organic certification rules

• Keep accurate quality and production logs

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in packing areas

Qualifications

• Experience in food handling or quality control (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic record-keeping skills

• Ability to lift boxes and move materials as needed
