We are looking for a Processing & Brining Technician to manage the curing, brining, and fermentation stages that shape the flavor and quality of Helia Olives’ signature products.
Responsibilities- Prepare brine solutions and monitor fermentation tanks
- Inspect olives for defects before processing
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Record batch data and quality results
- Work with traditional and modern processing techniques
- Experience in food processing or fermentation (preferred)
- Strong attention to hygiene and detail
- Ability to follow precise procedures
- Long-term stability in a growing food brand
- Training on traditional Greek curing methods
