We are seeking an Olive Oil Extraction Operator to run and maintain our modern cold-press extraction line—where the finest olive oil begins.
Responsibilities- Operate extraction and centrifugation equipment
- Monitor temperatures, pressures, and flow rates
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance
- Conduct quality checks during production
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety compliance
- Technical or mechanical background
- Experience in food processing is a plus
- Strong focus on precision and cleanliness
- Work with cutting-edge extraction technology
- Be part of a generational olive-making tradition
