Job Description

Attached to the sales department, you will be the point of contact between the sales teams and the design office. You will handle incoming technical requests, analyze customer needs and produce the corresponding technical offers and quotes.

Responsibilities

Processing incoming requests

• Assist international architects and consultants during videoconferences dedicated to technical solutions.

• Analyze specifications and 2D/3D plans.

• Select the technical solution adapted to the project.

• Analyze manufacturing costs and calculate quantities.

• Establish quotes and 2D or 3D principle plans.

Organization and continuous improvement

o Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and tools.

o Improve the quality of commercial presentations.

o Increase the conversion rate of special offers.

Work interfaces

• Installer customers

• Architects and consultants

• Sales teams

• Engineers from the design office

• Purchasing team

Essential requirements

• University diploma (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in design, civil engineering or engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or industrial sector.

• Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent).

• Good level of written and oral English (international working language).

Desired skills

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently depending on the situation.

• Proactivity, rigor and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good understanding of customer needs and sense of service.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of priorities.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

• Knowledge of international commercial procedures preferred.

• Fluency in French and/or other languages is an asset.

Role overview

• Produce quotations and 2D/3D outline drawings.

Organisation & continuous improvement

• Contribute to improving internal processes and tools.

• Enhance the quality of client-facing presentations.

• Improve the conversion rate on custom proposals.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (3–5 years) in design, civil engineering or related engineering field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or industrial sector.

• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent).

• Good command of written and spoken English (working language).
