SENIOR CIVIL OFFICERS, trial work 6 months, Indefinite time, full time, 40, MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF THE WORK OF PUBLIC SERVANTS IN THE OFFICE OF THE STATE PROSECUTOR GENERAL OF THE RS, WHO HAVE IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB DUTIES, IT IS SPECIFIED THAT THEY PERFORM DUTIES ON THE BASIS OF THE ORDER OF THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, IMPLEMENTATION MORE DEMANDING ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS FOR THE GENERAL STATE PROSECUTOR OF THE RS, COORDINATING, ORGANIZING AND PREPARING MEETINGS AND KEEPING THE PROTOCOL, EDITING AND MANAGING THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE GENERAL STATE PROSECUTOR OF THE RS, MAKING MORE DEMANDING RECORDS, WRITING AND MAKING LETTERS, ISSUING PRESCRIBED DECISIONS IN THE FIELD OF WORK, PREPARATION OF INFORMATION IN THE FIELD OF WORK, MANAGING REGISTRATIONS, COLLECTION OF STATISTICAL DATA AND PREPARATION OF REPORTS, ASSISTANCE IN MONITORING THE PRESS FOR THE STATE PROSECUTOR GENERAL OF THE RS, OTHER WORKS AND TASKS AS ORDERED BY THE STATE PROSECUTOR GENERAL OF THE RS OR THE DIRECTOR GENERAL. Candidates who will apply for a vacant position must fulfill the following conditions:; at least higher professional education/higher professional education an exam from the State Prosecutor's Office, which the candidate can take at a later date mandatory training for appointment to the title, which the candidate can take at a later date, at least 6 years and 6 months of work experience, permission to access secret information of the "SECRET" classification level, which the candidate can acquire at a later date, knowledge of the official language, citizenship of the Republic of Slovenia, they must not have been convicted of an intentional crime that is prosecuted ex officio and they must not have been convicted to a non-suspended prison sentence of more than 6 months, no final indictment may be brought against them for an intentional criminal act, which is prosecuted ex officio.
