- Supervision and management of the University territories;

- working with tractors: cutting grass, collecting leaves, cleaning snow, sweeping paths and sites;

- territory management works according to seasonality;

- technical maintenance and small repair works;

- orderly use of work inventory;

- maintenance of greenery.
