We are looking for a caretaker for the maintenance of the building and the territory. Part-time work, working hours can be adjusted according to the needs of the employee. Nature of work: minor repair work (repair of building structures, furniture, doors, locks and other elements), maintenance of engineering systems (waterworks, sewerage, heating and minor removal), cleanliness of the territory and building, environmental management (grass cutting, snow removal) and maintenance of general order and other minor work as needed.
