Job duties:

• Performing daily kitchen support tasks, including product preparation and processing.
• Knowledge and skills in working with oriental (recommended Uzbek) spices, their correct use in cooking.
• Familiarity with the composition and cooking techniques of traditional eastern (Uzbek) dishes.
• Preparation of meals and semi-finished products, for example, preparation of catfish dough, preparation of stuffing, preparation of lagman noodles.
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area, including the maintenance of refrigerators, equipment and tools.
• Organizing and preparing the kitchen for the next working day, including inventory and preparation of raw materials.
• Presentation and serving of traditional dishes according to company standards.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work and learn new skills.
• Previous experience working with oriental cuisines (especially Uzbek cuisine).
• Knowledge of oriental (preferably Uzbek) cuisine, their cooking techniques and the use of authentic spices.
• Ability to prepare semi-finished and complete meals of various dishes.
• Accuracy and a high sense of responsibility, observing hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Good organizational skills and sp
