Seasonal Customer Host

Front of house at Wien Süd through the detailing season: recommend the right programme, book correction and coating slots and keep the lounge in order.

What you will do

• Greet arriving drivers, read the state of the car and recommend a programme that fits it
• Book detailing inspections and ceramic coating slots into the studio diary
• Sell and manage summer wash subscriptions honestly at the desk
• Keep the lounge, coffee point and vacuum bays presentable through the day

What we are looking for

• Retail, hospitality or front-desk experience where you dealt with people all day
• Genuine interest in cars — enough to explain why a programme is the right one
• Fluent German plus conversational English for touring and visiting customers
• EU/EEA right to work required; available for weekend shifts April to September
