Job Description
Place of work: Hotel Monty, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Marianske Lazne. Employment for an indefinite period (with a trial period). Entry possible immediately. Working hours: short x long week 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Job duties: checking the quality of the service provided, checking the quality of the food and drinks served, checking the status of warehouses, warranty periods, ordering goods, checking the correct billing with the guest, planning and organizing work at all sales centers including the kitchen, preparing documents for processing wages, supervising the personal development of subordinate workers, HACCP, OSH and PO standards, organizing individual events in the hotel, administrative activities in the F&B department, processing receipts and payments of raw materials and goods, processing inventories. We require: proven experience in the same position for at least 3 years, knowledge of hotel catering operations, interest in the hotel industry, good communication and organizational skills, independent decision-making, the ability to lead a team of employees, pleasant demeanor, interest in the needs of the guest, a sense of loyalty, knowledge of working on a PC (we prefer computer knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of NJ - active communication a condition (knowledge of other world languages is an advantage).
