About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Greenhouse & Hydroponics Technician to manage our controlled-environment agriculture systems. You will ensure optimal crop growth using modern hydroponic technologies within our sustainable production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust nutrient solutions, pH levels, and water flow

• Operate and maintain hydroponic and greenhouse automation systems

• Track plant health and growth patterns

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform light repairs

• Maintain sanitation and biosecurity protocols

• Record and report daily technical data

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hydroponics, greenhouse management, or agricultural technology

• Technical ability to operate automated systems

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Basic electrical/mechanical understanding

• Ability to work independently and within a cooperative environment
