About the Role

We are hiring a Solar Irrigation System Operator to manage and maintain our advanced solar-powered irrigation systems across the cooperative farmlands. You will play a key role in ensuring sustainable water management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily irrigation system performance
• Perform routine inspections of solar panels and pumps
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues
• Manage water schedules based on crop needs
• Maintain usage logs and efficiency reports
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure optimal water distribution

Qualifications

• Technical or mechanical background preferred
• Experience with irrigation, solar systems, or agricultural machinery
• Ability to work outdoors and travel between field sites
• Good communication and reporting skills
