About the Role

Agrios Verde is expanding its global reach and looking for an experienced Export Logistics & Orders Coordinator to handle international shipments, documentation, and partner communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international order processing
• Coordinate shipments with transport partners
• Prepare export documentation (invoices, certificates, customs forms)
• Maintain communication with global distributors
• Track outgoing shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with EU export and organic certification regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, export coordination, or supply chain
• Familiarity with EU export standards (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• English proficiency required; Portuguese is a plus
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely
