Helia Olives is expanding internationally and seeking an Export & Orders Coordinator to manage global shipments and partner communication.
Responsibilities- Process domestic & international orders
- Prepare export documents (invoices, customs forms, certificates)
- Coordinate shipments with transport companies
- Communicate with distributors and retailers
- Track deliveries and resolve logistics issues
- Ensure compliance with EU food export regulations
- Experience in logistics, exports, or supply chain
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of EU export rules (preferred)
- Hybrid work option
