About the Role

Helia Olives is seeking dedicated Olive Harvest Workers to support our traditional hand-harvesting process. This role is essential in preserving the quality and heritage behind every batch of our premium Greek olives.

Responsibilities

• Hand-harvest olives using traditional tools
• Sort olives and remove debris
• Assist with loading and transporting crates
• Maintain field cleanliness and safety
• Follow sustainable harvesting guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work
• Willingness to work in varying weather
• No experience required—training provided
• Reliability and teamwork
