Your tasks

Responsible for the entire kitchen organization and management

Management of the half-board restaurant jCUSINE & jBALANCE

Management of the gourmet restaurant Hubertusstube (1 4 toques)

Development of creative and seasonal menu compositions at the highest level

Leadership, motivation and further development of the kitchen team

Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Purchasing and checking goods, taking budget requirements into account

Collaboration with the hotel management and other departments to continuously optimize the culinary offering

This is what you bring with you

Completed culinary training with relevant professional experience in the upscale catering or hotel industry

Proven experience in a leadership position as a chef

Passion for innovative, regional and international cuisine

Economic thinking and structured working methods

Ability to work in a team, resilience and a strong hands-on mentality

Good knowledge of German and English
