The Loxone Campus in Kollerschlag stands for innovation, quality and a unique overall experience of architecture, technology and cuisine. In our gastronomic concept at Glorious Bastards, we combine modern cuisine with regional products, creative ideas and high standards of quality and sustainability. Whether in daily operations for employees and guests or at special events - our kitchen team always ensures a culinary experience at the highest level.

As a sous chef, you are a central part of this success. You work closely with the head chef, take responsibility for day-to-day operations and actively contribute your own ideas. You have the opportunity to help shape processes, develop your team and have a lasting impact on the culinary signature of the Loxone Campus. Your tasks:

Ensuring smooth operations in day-to-day business

Active participation in the preparation and presentation of the food

Co-development and implementation of new dishes and seasonal menus

Leadership, motivation and training of the kitchen team

Control and ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Shared responsibility for ordering, receiving and storing goods

Optimization of workflows and processes in the kitchen

Your profile:

Completed training as a cook

Several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position

Passion for fresh, high-quality and regional cuisine

Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working

Ability to work in a team and initial experience in employee management

High quality awareness and attention to detail

Resilience and flexibility even in stressful situations

Creativity and joy in introducing new ideas

We are prepared to pay more to suit your skills and look forward to getting to know you if your desired salary is above the intended salary range. In addition, we can offer numerous benefits: 4, 5 or & 6 day week, shutdown during Christmas, 14 salaries, free meals on the Loxone Campus
