Harvest Crew Member

During the peak season, Zest & Bloom brings on a large Seasonal Harvest Crew to hand-pick fully ripe citrus at the optimal moment.

Responsibilities

• Harvest oranges, mandarins, lemons, and specialty citrus varieties by hand.
• Use picking bags and ladders safely to reach canopy fruit.
• Transport filled crates to the collection points.
• Assist with removing fallen fruit to maintain orchard health.
• Support rapid harvest cycles driven by weather and fruit maturity.
• Work in coordinated teams guided by the Head of Cultivation.

Requirements

• No education needed.
• Strong physical stamina.
• Comfortable working outdoors, sometimes during early morning harvest windows.
• Ability to handle repetitive picking motions.
