Facilities Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant helps keep Solara's facilities impeccable—from gardens to pools to guest areas. This role works closely with the engineering and landscaping teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in minor repairs: lightbulbs, loose fixtures, small paint touch-ups
• Check poolside equipment, sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor lighting
• Support gardeners with watering cycles and trimming
• Escort external technicians during inspections (HVAC, elevators, boilers)
• Conduct daily rounds identifying hazards or maintenance needs
• Help prepare facilities for large events (moving furniture, checking power outlets)

Requirements

• No education needed
• Basic understanding of tools (drills, wrenches, hoses)
• Reliable and safety-aware
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
