Pool & Beach Service Attendant

The Pool & Beach Service Attendant enhances the guest experience at Solara's outdoor spaces—one of the resort's most visited and photographed areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loungers with towels and arrange umbrellas according to guest flow.
• Assist guests with seating, water service, and basic requests.
• Maintain walkways, deck cleanliness, and beach access points.
• Monitor safety guidelines and report any hazards.
• Coordinate with bar staff to deliver drinks and snacks.
• Set up and break down equipment for sunset events, yoga sessions, or private cabanas.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in sun exposure and warm climate.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Good physical stamina.
