Harvest Crew

During peak harvest months, Agricolt relies on a large seasonal crew to collect ripe produce at the perfect moment of freshness. Work moves in fast cycles depending on ripeness, temperature, and weather patterns.

Responsibilities

• Pick vegetables, herbs, and fruits by hand with proper handling.
• Use harvesting knives, clippers, or buckets safely.
• Transport filled crates to collection zones for weighing.
• Remove old plant material to prepare for new planting.
• Work in teams coordinated by field supervisors.
• Adjust pace depending on crop maturity and weather (early mornings preferred).

Requirements

• No education required.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working under sun/heat.
• Team-oriented and reliable.
