Chef de Rang for Luxury Lounge Bar

For a prestigious luxury facility in the center of Florence, we are selecting: Chef de Rang for Luxury Lounge Bar in Florence - City Center.

In an exclusive lounge bar located in the heart of Florence, service excellence blends with a top-level gastronomic offering. A refined and prestigious environment where professionalism and customer attention are at the center of every experience.

What will you do?

• Coordinate activities within the dining area, ensuring impeccable and personalized service.
• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism, guiding them in the selection of high-quality drinks and dishes.
• Supervise and train commis, promoting teamwork and respect for operational standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations, supervising cleaning, labeling, and product storage.
• Actively collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to create a memorable experience for guests.

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

• Previous experience in the role, preferably in luxury contexts, lounge bars, or fine dining restaurants.
• Predisposition for teamwork, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of high-level service standards and passion for hospitality.
• VERY GOOD knowledge of the ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Working Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Contract Offer: Direct fixed-term contract with the company with the aim of becoming permanent. Reference CCNL: CCNL TURISMO PUBBLICI ESERCIZI.

Compensation and Benefits: The classification and RAL will be evaluated based on the actual seniority of the candidate.
