Combine Operator, Grain & Rapeseed Harvest

Join our field operations team in Kuyavia, Poland, for the grain and rapeseed harvest from late June to early September. You'll operate a class 8 combine with yield mapping and automatic header height control, working alongside a dedicated cart crew to keep the harvest moving efficiently.

What you will do

• Operate a class 8 combine with yield mapping and automatic header height control
• Set drum speed, concave and sieves for each crop and each change in moisture through the day
• Run daily maintenance — belts, chains, filters, greasing and a full blow-down before shutdown
• Coordinate unloading with cart drivers and haulage on the radio so nothing stands waiting

What we are looking for

• At least two harvest seasons on a self-propelled combine, anywhere in the world
• Category T or B+E licence, or a national equivalent we can help you exchange
• Sound mechanical judgement — you hear a bearing before it fails
• Available for the full season including weekend cutting when the window is open
