- Proof of work experience (e-print of HZMO work book) not older than 30 days (mandatory even for candidates without work experience)
Pursuant to Article 156 of the Health Care Act (Narodne Novine 100/18, 125/19, 147/20), the employer will, ex officio, obtain information from criminal records.
In accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, by applying for the tender, the candidate gives consent to the General Hospital of Pula for the collection and processing of personal data specified in the application for the public tender and the submitted documentation, for the purpose of its implementation. By applying for the competition, candidates agree to the public publication of their personal data (name and surname) on the Hospital's website, for the purpose of notifying them of the results of the competition and/or preliminary testing/interview. People of both sexes can apply for the competition.
Candidates submit the entire documentation in a copy in the Croatian language, while selected candidates will be invited to submit the same in the original or a certified copy. Submitted documentation will not be returned. A complete application is considered to be one that contains all the information, contact information and attachments listed in the competition. A person who has not submitted a timely or complete application, or who does not meet the formal conditions of the tender, is not considered a candidate in the tender procedure.
Persons who, according to special regulations, exercise the right of priority, must refer to that right in their application, i.e. attach all the prescribed documentation according to the special law with the application. A candidate who can exercise the right of priority in admission to public service in accordance with Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette 121/17, 90/19), Article 48 of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civil War Invalids (Official Gazette No. 33/92 to 148/13), Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (Official Gazette No. 84/21), Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13 to 32/20), is obliged to refer to this right in the application for a public tender and has priority over other candidates only under equal conditions. A candidate who invokes the right of preference during employment in accordance with Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and their family members and/or the right of preference during employment in accordance with Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War must attach, in addition to proof of meeting the required conditions, all necessary evidence available at the link of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843. A candidate who invokes the right of preference during employment in accordance with Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities must, in addition to proof of fulfillment of the required conditions, attach proof of the established status of a person with a disability when applying for a competition.
Interviews can be held with all candidates and, if necessary, additional testing can be carried out according to the needs of the position. Before inviting candidates for an interview for employment for an indefinite period, psychological testing can be carried out at the Pula General Hospital, if necessary. All candidates who meet the conditions of the competition will be informed about the psychological testing and the interview 5 days before the interview through the notice board and the website of the Pula General Hospital. The decision on the selection of candidates is made based on the opinion of the Commission for the implementation of the competition and is published on the website of the Pula General Hospital: http://www.obpula.hr/.
Tender applications with proof of fulfillment of the tender requirements are submitted by mail to the address: Santoriova 24A, 52100 Pula or by e-mail to the address: pisarnica@obpula.hr with the indication "For the tender". It is necessary to specify the CLASS and the position for which you are applying. The competition was published in the Croatian Employment Service and on the bulletin boards of the Pula General Hospital on January 12, 2026. year. The deadline for submitting applications is 169 days from the date of publication of the tender on the notice board, ending on June 30, 2026. year.
Pula General Hospital reserves the right to cancel the tender, i.e. the right not to select any candidate, without the obligation to explain its decision and without any responsibility towards the candidates.
