Seasonal Quality & Traceability Assistant

Cover the quality desk through the busiest half of the year, holding the record trail that lets a buyer in Rotterdam ask which parcel a pallet came from and get an answer the same day.

What you will do

• Maintain lot coding from parcel to pallet and audit the record trail every week through campaign
• Run the residue and quality sampling plan and hold results against buyer specifications
• Support GLOBALG.A.P. and organic certification visits, including unannounced audits
• Handle buyer questionnaires and complaints during the campaign and log corrective actions

What we are looking for

• Experience in food or agricultural quality assurance, or a relevant qualification
• Working knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P., HACCP principles or EU organic rules
• Meticulous documentation habits and confident spreadsheet work
• Portuguese and English to a professional written standard
