Seasonal Paint Correction Technician

Machine polishing and gloss enhancement at Linz Süd across the spring and summer correction run, from single-stage refresh to multi-day concours prep.

What you will do

• Assess paint under inspection lighting and agree a correction plan before work starts
• Carry out compounding, polishing and finishing on single-stage and clear-coat paint
• Read a paint depth gauge and know when to stop — we would rather leave a defect than a strike-through
• Seal or hand the vehicle on to the coating bench with the correction log completed

What we are looking for

• A year or more of machine polishing experience in detailing, bodyshop or valeting work
• Confident with both rotary and dual-action machines
• Available for a full April-to-September season contract
• German or English at working level; we sponsor the seasonal work permit for non-EU technicians
