Assistant educators

The work of an assistant educator in a separate CDR/children's home group outside of school hours (10 children), emotional saturation of the child, carrying out joint activities with the children during the day, cleaning, cooking, joint trips, etc., developing the child's work skills by participating in joint household work taking into account the child's age, developing aesthetic sense, children's culture and physical fitness, caring for children's hygiene and safety, caring for compliance children's daily regime, including rest, sufficient sleep, training in the correct habits of children's social behavior, habits necessary for personal hygiene, aesthetics, maintaining cleanliness and order in personal belongings, in the room, in common areas, and around the facility, development of the child's volitional and moral qualities, directing his thinking, feelings and actions to the highest values, the educator teaches the children all household chores, teaches them to help in the premises as appropriate for their age kitchen and cook. During the night, putting the children down and waking them up, supervision, washing, ironing, cleaning. The assistant educator works under the supervision and guidance of the educator/pedagogical employee.

Salary in accordance with Act no. 553 2003 Z. z. on the remuneration of certain employees for the performance of work in the public interest and on the amendment of certain laws.

Supplements are added to the stated basic salary, e.g. for night work, work on Saturdays and Sundays, during holidays, variability, personal supplement.
