Grain pre-processing operator / Kiln master 📍Working place: Dobele, Zemgale

SIA "Agrolats" Grain pre-processing complex in Dobele is the largest in Latvia and provides its customers with grain weighing, sampling, inspection, cleaning, threshing, grain elevator and logistics services.

At the moment, we are inviting a grain processing operator / dryer master to join the team, who wants a stable job in a production environment and is ready to take responsibility for a high-quality grain processing process.

LET'S TRUST:

• Operation and supervision of grain dryers and processing equipment;
• Ensuring grain cleaning, drying and storage process;
• Setting up the equipment according to the type of grain and moisture indicators;
• Grain residue and quality control;
• Technical works for regular maintenance of equipment and mechanisms;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace;
• Work during the harvest season under conditions of increased workload.

WE EXPECT:

• Secondary, secondary professional education;
• Previous experience in similar work is preferred;
• Technical thinking and understanding, responsible attitude towards work;
• knowledge of the Latvian language;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Willingness to learn;
• Physical strength and accuracy;
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime during the season.

• Salary: hourly rate at 168h 10.30 EUR (before tax);
