Duties: We are looking for a person who knows how to sell over the phone and wants to earn on the result.
Calling existing customers from the database in order to book a new visit or consultation.
Processing of incoming inquiries — social media, website, advertising campaigns — up to a confirmed reservation in the CRM system.
Follow-up of abandoned shopping carts in the melior.ee e-store: contacting the customer, answering questions, completing the purchase.
Informing customers about new services, campaigns and special offers (including Crazy Days, VIP days, seasonal campaigns, etc.).
Restoration of no-show or canceled reservations — bringing the customer back to a new time.
Planning repeat visits — inviting clients to a follow-up procedure according to the cycle of the procedure
Recording of all communication, results and customer feedback in CRM system alteg.io.
Close cooperation with administrators and marketing team — launching campaigns, meeting schedule, managing customer flow.
Daily and weekly reporting: calls made, bookings, conversion, turnover contribution.
Customer segmentation and prioritization — who to call first, who later, who to send a message to.
