BYSKILL is recruiting French-speaking customer advisors M/F for one of its clients, world leader in customer relationship management, to join its teams in Braga (Portugal)

As a French-speaking customer advisor, your missions are as follows:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Process requests, complaints, comments

- Provide after-sales service for general or technical support requests via one or more communication channels (telephone, email, chat, social networks)

- Report interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve and close any type of request

- Follow up, respect procedures and ensure internal exchanges of information
