We are looking for a capable regional manager for our three branded mobilprovás stores in the Karlovy Vary region.

What will be the content of your work:

about managing entrusted stores so that they achieve the best possible results

o daily communication with sellers and their motivation

for the recruitment of new salespeople and their training directly at the stores

o sales skills training for our existing salespeople

about finding weak points, suggestions for improving sales processes

We expect you to:

o you control yourself, and you can teach others, sales and communication skills

o you won't have excuses, but results and a shot at the goal

o you want to work and learn new things

o you are an optimist with a positive outlook on things and a pleasant demeanor

o You have your own reliability, responsibility and independence
