Data management clerk (m/f/d) (data entry)

We are looking for a full-time team member working 37 hours a week on behalf of a renowned transmission system operator in Bayreuth on August 1st, 2026.

Your tasks

- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the billing of control reserve processes

- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth import of data from upstream systems, in particular tendering, retrieval and monitoring systems

- Interface function between operational and commercial areas with a focus on business and technical issues

- Checking, controlling and tracking calculations in the energy data management system as well as carrying out network economic contracts

- Maintenance and management of master data as well as continuous monitoring and quality assurance of data flows

- Processing business partner inquiries and close coordination with internal departments

- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices

- Implementation and support of patch tests (ecount)

Your profile

- Successfully completed vocational training

- First professional experience or points of contact in the described area of responsibility

- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint (if necessary, billing program Ecount)

- Interest in commercial and technical topics as well as a high affinity for data, numbers and IT systems

- Quick comprehension, reliable way of working, ability to work in a team and open communication style

- Fluent knowledge of German
