For a new center for out-of-hospital intensive care in Chemnitz, we are looking for a committed and empathetic leader (m/f/d) who will take on full-time responsibility as a home manager/facility manager.

You don't just design processes - you shape the future of the facility and the best possible care for patients.

Your tasks

- Management & Organization: You will be responsible for the organizational, business and nursing management of the center.

- Design & further development: You continuously develop the care concepts, get involved in projects and actively shape the future of the location.

- Communication & team culture: You ensure open cooperation, transparent information flows and an appreciative working environment.

- Quality & Safety: You ensure compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations and continually develop work processes.

- Customers & relatives: You build sustainable relationships and represent the center externally.

- Personnel management: You lead your team with heart, promote individual strengths and ensure motivation and further development.

- Completed training in health and nursing, pediatric nursing or geriatric care (state examination)

- Further training to become a home manager or completed studies
