About the position

For an internationally active company in the field of nursery and garden plants, we are looking for a German-speaking account manager (m/f/d) to support and further develop the customer portfolio in the central or northern Germany region.

In this role, you are the central interface between customers, sales and internal teams and you are responsible for developing sustainable business relationships in the horticultural and plant trade.

Your tasks

- Support and expansion of existing customers in the area of garden plants and tree nurseries

- Actively acquiring new customers in the sales area

- Advising customers on ranges, plant solutions and seasonal offers

- Creation of sales plans and sales analysis

- Participation in trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings

- Close collaboration with logistics, purchasing and product management

- Market and competition observation in the horticultural sector

Your profile

- Experience in sales or account management (ideally in horticulture/plants/agriculture)

- Very good knowledge of German (other languages are an advantage, e.g. English or Dutch)

- Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation

- Independent, structured way of working

- Willingness to travel within the DACH region

- Affinity for plants, gardening or green products
