The Hospitality and Onboard Tourist Services Technician works on board the MSC cruise ship within the Guest Service Desk or within the Excursions Office of

on board and includes: general knowledge of the organization of the cruise ship; knowledge of the functioning of the Guest Service Desk and the Excursions Office
