We are seeking a Tour Leader / Tourist Assistant for our seasonal operations in Molfetta, Italy. The Tourist Assistant is the guarantor of the guest experience and the commercial success of the destination through problem solving and the sale of extra services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, acting as the main on-site point of contact
• Guarantee a high-quality guest experience and resolve issues through effective problem solving
• Promote and sell extra services, excursions and activities to support the commercial success of the destination
• Coordinate transfers, schedules and practical information for arriving and departing guests
• Liaise with local suppliers, accommodation providers and the operations team

Requirements

• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality or guest relations is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Customer- and sales-oriented attitude with a flexible, proactive approach
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays during the season
