announces recruitment of candidates for the vacant position -

Farm worker (greenery and cleaning) F/M

F/M woman or man

The main duties of the person employed in this position will include, in particular:

1. Maintenance of urban greenery:

a) mowing lawns with a lawn mower or brushcutter;

b) tree and shrub care: maintenance and sanitary cuts, crown formation and removal of diseased and dry branches;

c) planting and weeding: establishing new flower beds, seasonal flower beds, planting trees and systematically removing weeds;

d) watering and fertilization: watering plants (especially during periods of drought) and providing fertilizers;

e) protective treatments: protecting plants against pests, diseases and frost (covering for the winter).

2. Maintaining cleanliness and cleaning work:

a) green areas: removing pollution, including raking leaves in autumn, removing broken branches and other waste;

b) bin handling: emptying waste bins and keeping their surroundings tidy;

c) paths, sidewalks, stairs: snow removal, ice removal, clearing walking routes in winter, as well as sweeping and cleaning of dust, sand, earth, clay and small stones;

d) maintaining order in technical, storage and social rooms.

Working conditions:

- Full time;

- Remuneration: basic salary (hourly rate) + internship allowance + discretionary bonus;

- Working in one shift;

- Fixed-term contract (after the trial period);

- Outdoor work in the city and commune of Solec Kujawski;

- If, within 3 months from the date of establishing an employment relationship with a person selected in the recruitment process, there is a need to re-fill this position, it is possible to employ another person in the same position from among the candidates who participated in the recruitment process for the above-mentioned position;

The selected candidate will be sent for medical examination.
