Communal Areas Winter Cleaner

Wet boots, grit and Christmas post make stairwells hard work from November on. You cover the extra Treppenhausreinigung rounds property managers add across Ehrenfeld, Nippes and Deutz for the winter.

What you will do

• Clean stairwells, lifts, letterbox areas, bin stores and cellar corridors on a fixed round
• Keep entrance matting, glass and handrails presentable through wet weather
• Grit and clear entrances on frost mornings before the first tenants leave
• Report blown bulbs, failing door closers and damage the same day

What we are looking for

• Available November to January, mornings, four to five days a week
• Happy working outdoors in cold and wet weather
• Reliable early starts — the round has to be done before 08:00
• Basic German and a clean police certificate
