Maintenance worker

Järva-Jaani Hooldekodu is a welfare institution offering general care. We are looking for dedicated carers to join our team who can ensure the best possible wellbeing, safety and care for our clients.

Tasks: - Ensuring the daily care and personal hygiene of the elderly according to their individual needs and preferences.

- Support in eating, movement and other daily activities

- Communicating with residents and their loved ones in an empathetic and respectful manner, offering them the necessary support and assistance.

- Cooperation with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing home

- Participating in making a care plan and improving the client's quality of life based on the care plan
