Instructor/ Water sports instructor (eFoil - electric flying board) for the summer season

Duties: We are looking for an employee who lives an active life and is ready to pass on this energy to others.

You are characterized by a positive attitude towards life, physical fitness and a sincere desire to make others happy.

Your daily work:

– you teach customers to drive on eFoil and conduct safety briefings

– you monitor clients in the water and ensure their safety

– you introduce additional services (drone video, sauna, jacuzzi, events) and offer them

- you are the face of the company - energetic, kind and memorable

– you participate in special events: sunrises, corporate events, team days

You are suitable for us if:

– you speak Estonian, Russian and English (all three are necessary for work)

– you feel comfortable in the water and secure on the boat

– you love to communicate with people and are able to create a warm atmosphere

- you have a sales instinct - you understand that every meeting with a client is an opportunity

– you are proactive and don't wait for someone to point the finger

– you drink water, not alcohol – you are an example for both the team and customers

Other requirements: Good physical condition (need to lift batteries up to 35 kg) and swimming skills;

Very good knowledge of Estonian, English and Russian;

Customer focus and excellent communication skills;

Ability to make additional sales;

Willingness to learn and develop;
