JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sale of food and non-food assortment of goods and implementation of all accompanying retail processes in a grocery store or souvenir shop.
• Filling the point of sale with goods. Arrangement and positioning of goods in the sales area in accordance with instructions and standards.
• Implementation of all measures to insure goods against product loss or damage. Selling goods and providing information about goods to customers.
• Taking care of the correct highlighting and correctness of the displayed prices. Monitoring the expiration dates of individual goods and their optimal positioning with the aim of avoiding expiration and write-offs.
• Cash and non-cash collection of goods from customers and correct issuing of invoices, as well as keeping accompanying cashier records and performing all other related tasks related to cashier operations, participation in inventories.
• Sorting and distribution of goods and packaging. Responsibility for handling packaging and waste in accordance with regulations. Identification and reporting of defects and irregularities in the sales area.
• Taking care of the orderliness and cleanliness of the sales area and other areas where loading, unloading or matching of goods and packaging is carried out.
• Dealing with customers courteously and resolving customer complaints to the extent possible or reporting them to managers.
• Orderly and proper handling of sales center documentation and its correct disposal. Material and financial responsibility for goods at the point of sale.
• Application of occupational safety and fire safety rules. Carrying out other tasks on the order of the immediate manager
