Your tasks

You will work in the à la carte restaurant La Terrasse, which has been awarded 3 Gault Millau toques and 95 Falstaff points, as well as in the breakfast service, where our great à la carte breakfast is served.

They advise and assist our guests in choosing food and drinks so that every visit is unforgettable.

You support the service team in all areas and contribute your ideas.

Your profile

You have completed training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist or comparable training and at least 3 years of experience, ideally in upscale gastronomy.

Product knowledge of food and drinks (e.g. wines, cheese, spirits, allergens) is an advantage.

Team spirit and a high level of service are a given for you.

You speak German and English fluently; additional languages ​​are a plus.

A well-groomed appearance and good manners are important to you.

You work independently and take on responsibility.

Payment:

Remuneration is based on the valid collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry in the respective federal state (Hotel Schloss Seefels - Carinthia, Hotel Das Tyrol - Vienna, Hotel Knappenhof - Lower Austria, Hotel Lemongarden - Austria). Your willingness to overpay the minimum basic gross salary depends on your qualifications and experience for all vacant positions.
