As part of the reinforcement of our teams during the high season, we are recruiting an Annual Rental Manager M/F on a seasonal fixed-term contract for our Chambéry agency.

The Annual Rental Manager markets annual rental offers, researches and selects tenants and supports clients throughout their rental journey.

Your missions

Rental portfolio management

Find out about the new mandates integrated into the agency's portfolio from the Rental Activity Manager.

Visit the properties, the co-ownerships concerned and their environment.

Ensure regulatory compliance of housing offered for rental (DPE, decency, habitability, safety, health, etc.).

Ensure up-to-date knowledge of the park available for annual rental.

Manage tenant entry and exit forecasts.

Marketing and monitoring of rentals

Search and select candidate tenants.

Identify the needs of prospects and present them with the corresponding properties.

Organize and carry out visits.

Create and verify tenant files in conjunction with the Business / Rental Activity Manager.

Prepare rental files and gather the necessary documents for signing leases.

Carry out entry inventory.

Profile sought

Training in real estate, commerce or equivalent field.

First successful experience in real estate rental, transaction or sale of services.

Sense of organization and rigor.

Relational and commercial ease.

Taste for teamwork and sense of customer service.

Mastery of computer tools.
