Delivery Vehicle Loader (Night Shift)

Location: Rome Last-Mile Terminal

Salary: €9–€12/hour

This role keeps the entire last-mile system moving. As a Delivery Vehicle Loader, you'll work in the critical overnight window when inbound freight arrives and must be routed onto dozens of vans before dawn. The warehouse environment is structured, quiet, and fast-paced—ideal for those who work well with clear checklists and time-bound processes.

Responsibilities

• Sort packages by driver route and sequence them for efficient delivery
• Load parcels into vans in the correct weight distribution pattern (heavy items below, fragile items top)
• Communicate with dispatchers about missing parcels or route changes
• Handle live tracking updates through VeloxLogistics' loading software
• Maintain a clean and safe loading bay

Requirements

• No education required
• Ability to work night hours consistently
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision
• Physical endurance for lifting and bending
