Soil, Planting & Crop Care Support

The Field Cultivation Worker is essential to Agricolt's sustainable farming system. You will work outdoors across rotating crop fields, supporting the entire growing cycle—from preparing nutrient-rich soil to monitoring crop health.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil using hand tools, compost, and mechanical tillers
• Plant seeds or seedlings according to spacing and depth requirements
• Weed fields manually and maintain clean crop rows
• Assist with crop rotation tasks and seasonal field transitions
• Monitor plant health and report issues such as fungal spots or pest activity
• Maintain irrigation lines and support drip system installations

Requirements

• No formal education required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
• Comfortable with physical tasks: bending, lifting, walking long rows
• Interest in sustainable or organic farming (training provided)
