Insurance Case Handler – Live and Work in Madrid!

Chubb, a global leader in commercial insurance, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Case Handler to join their Operations team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of complex insurance cases and processes, ensuring efficiency, precision, and high quality.

• Case Handling & Administration: Manage end-to-end offline insurance business, including premium booking, contract documentation within SLAs, and policy workflows.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure data quality and adherence to strict standards like GDPR, leading QA processes and reporting for operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving & Improvement: Handle broker inquiries and credit control issues, using root-cause analysis to improve operations processes.
• Project Support: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting tool development and user acceptance testing to drive change.
• Requirements: Analytical mindset, fluency in Swedish, Finnish, and English, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and strong communication skills. Prior insurance experience is an advantage.
