Home Care Nurse

Are you an empathetic and professional individual looking to make a difference every day? Gi Group, Paderno Dugnano branch, is seeking Home Care Nurses for the ASST Rhodense healthcare organization. You will work autonomously across the ASST Rhodense territory, visiting patients' homes to provide care.

• Administer treatments and monitor patients
• Manage clinical documentation
• Support patients and their families during treatment
• Provide health education and promote wellness
• Ensure healthcare assistance following protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Nursing degree and professional registration
• Advanced skills in managing low to medium clinical intensity patients
• High autonomy in planning and implementing care plans
• Ability to coordinate care for continuity and patient autonomy
• Minimum experience in hospital or care settings
• Excellent relational skills and patient orientation
• Teamwork ability and adaptability to dynamic contexts
• Availability to work daytime hours (08:00-19:00)

Work Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Saturday with daytime hours.

Contract: Temporary contract until 30/06/206, Healthcare Sector CCNL for health professionals and officials (ex level D), with travel expense reimbursement.

Work Location: Bollate, Novate Milanese, Paderno Dugnano, Solaro, Rho, Assago, Cornaredo, Lainate, Settimo Milanese, Pregnana Milanese and surrounding areas in Milan province.
