GI GROUP SPA, a company of Gi Group Holding, is looking for the Cantù team: INTERNSHIP FOR RECRUITMENT AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

• Manage front-office operations and introductory interviews
• Conduct screening and archive resumes
• Manage recruitment channels
• Handle employment contracts and deadline management
• Under tutor guidance, deepen knowledge of candidate selection and presentation to companies
• Learn aspects related to administration of hired personnel

Required qualifications:

• Strong motivation to work in the Human Resources sector
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Excellent relational skills
• Predisposition for teamwork
• Dynamism, flexibility, and customer orientation

Offer: 6-month full-time internship, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 18:00
