

Customer Support Swedish Speaking - Full-Time (Hybrid Working in Malta)
Job Description
Besedo is a fast-growing tech company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces worldwide. We're looking for a dynamic Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Malta.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Support users and answer questions via email
- Manage complaints and disputes between buyers and sellers
- Facilitate returns, price adjustments, and claims for damaged/lost packages
- Process payments and refunds accurately
- Liaise with external partners to address support queries
- Monitor and respond to fraud or policy violations
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Provide feedback on trends and user experiences
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish with good English knowledge
- Flexible with quick decision-making abilities
- Conscientious, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Caring about people and online safety
- Interest in marketplaces and new technology preferred
