Seasonal Site Supervisor (Winter Peak)

Take charge of Salzburg Nord for the salt season — the seasonal rota, the tunnel, the water plant and the queue on the forecourt in front of you.

What you will do

• Open and close the site and run the daily equipment and water-treatment checks
• Build and cover the winter rota for a crew of nine, most of them seasonal starters
• Induct and train each new seasonal hire, including permit-holding crew joining from abroad
• Handle complaints, damage claims and re-wash decisions on the spot, and report weekly volumes

What we are looking for

• Experience leading a shift-based team in car wash, retail fuel, logistics or hospitality
• Calm under a full forecourt; able to make a decision and stand behind it
• Fluent German and a category B licence — this role signs off Austrian site paperwork
• EU/EEA right to work required for the statutory site-responsibility duties
